The Razzn Easy Schedule Creator™ is designed to be the quickest and easiest way to create and share your work schedule, notify your team members quickly when a change is made and feel secure that theyll get it (and not mistake it for email spam). Have an important message or critical situation? With a Razzn Workgroup™ use the “Message Staff” button to broadcast a message to your off-duty team members (or the entire team) with a single click.

Razzn Workgroups™ bring you a new level of visibility into your business with team mapping and locator capabilities. Our unique location services can help you manage emergency customer requests by working with staff who are best positioned to respond. Simply type in the customer location address, and see corresponding response times and routes for each of your team members. You can also review location tracks for your team members during their shifts, which allows you the ability to optimize coverage and see inefficiencies where you couldnt have before.

Creating a Razzn Workgroup™ requires an automatically renewing subscription, starting as low as $1.99 per week. Four subscription levels are offered within the app:

• Basic - utilize the Razzn Easy Schedule Creator™ and share schedules with unlimited contacts in your device address book via text messaging. Only $1.99 per week.

• Small - Includes all the capabilities in the Basic subscription. Plus the ability to add up to 20 Razzn users to the group, Razzn users can view the schedules in their device calendar and can be given authorization to edit schedules. Activate location services to map team member locations (must be Razzn users) during their shifts, and see travel times for each team member by simply typing in an address. Price: $9.99 per month.

• Medium - All scheduling and location services in the "Small" subscription, AND add up to 50 Razzn users to the group. Price: $19.99 per month.

• Large - All scheduling and location services in the "Small" subscription, AND add up to 100 Razzn users to the group. Price: $29.99 per month.

With or without a workgroup you can take advantage of Razzns advanced messaging features. Chat with other Razzn users with all the features youve become accustomed to (delivery notification, see if your partner is typing etc), and experience the difference that calendar integration makes.
